Terms of Use & Subscription.
These terms apply to UV PERFORMANCE and UV Training Club. Mandatory law, including non-waivable consumer rights, prevails.
1. Operator and consent
The service is operated by Yuval Ben Moshe, cycling coach, Tel Aviv, Israel (“Operator”). You must be 18 or older and separately accept these Terms and the Privacy Policy. We record the account, language, document versions and acceptance time.
2. Service
The site provides coaching information, personal-coaching offers, free tools, and an automated cycling planning and analysis membership. Features may change. Demonstrations and marketing do not promise a particular result.
3. No coach–athlete relationship
The automated membership, plan or analysis does not create a coach–athlete, medical or advisory relationship. Only a separate express personal-coaching agreement creates individual coaching. The service does not replace medical assessment.
4. Health and safety
You are responsible for medical clearance, accurate inputs, safe equipment and conditions, adjusting effort to your ability, and stopping for pain, dizziness, weakness, unusual breathlessness or concerning symptoms. Seek medical advice when appropriate.
5. Account use
Accounts are personal. Do not share access, bypass limits, disrupt the service, upload malicious material, infringe rights or commercially reuse workouts without permission. You are responsible for password security.
6. Subscription and renewal
When paid enrolment is open, the price shown immediately before purchase controls. The monthly subscription renews automatically until cancelled. PayPal processes payment; we do not receive or store full card details. Promotional access is governed by the offer shown at activation.
7. Cancellation and refunds
Cancel future renewal in “My membership” or email coach@uvcycling.com. Access normally continues through the paid period. Distance-sale cancellation and refunds are handled under applicable Israeli consumer law, including statutory time limits, exceptions, permitted cancellation fees and proportionate charges. Nothing waives a mandatory right. Include your name, account email and transaction date; never send card details.
8. FIT, Intervals.icu and third parties
You connect or upload data voluntarily and confirm you may provide it. External availability and accuracy depend on the third party. Disconnecting does not automatically delete previously imported data; request deletion through the account or by email.
9. Automated analysis and AI
Outputs may be created automatically from rules, profile data and training files and may be incomplete or wrong. Use judgment. In this version, FIT and health data are not sent to an external generative-AI model; a material change requires an updated notice and consent where required.
10. Intellectual property
The brand, content, methodology, workout structures, design and software belong to the Operator or licensors. Your licence is personal, limited and non-commercial.
11. Availability and liability
The service is provided as available. We take reasonable measures but do not promise uninterrupted operation, absolute accuracy, fitness for purpose or results. To the extent permitted by law, the Operator is not liable for indirect or consequential loss caused by unreasonable reliance, use contrary to instructions or third parties. This does not exclude liability that law does not permit us to limit.
12. Suspension and changes
Accounts may be suspended for breach, risk, abuse or legal requirements. Material changes will be published and renewed consent requested where required.
13. Governing law
Israeli law applies. Jurisdiction follows applicable law and does not remove a consumer’s mandatory venue rights.
